NJ Symposium: Movement as Respite

For our FPS Alumni in the greater New Jersey area!
We invite you to join us for an evening of respite and movement. This free event will feature a beginner gentle yoga session at 6:00 PM, followed by a casual buffet dinner.
Please RSVP as soon as possible and include all guest names in attendance.
Consider making a day of it and joining FPS Staff, Carol and Pam, at the Avon-by-the-Sea Beach prior to our event for a day at the beach. This is a BYOS (Bring your own stuff) to the beach day.
