We warmly welcome your involvement! There are many ways to volunteer with us, each offering unique opportunities that match different levels of time and talent. We work closely with every volunteer to find the best way for you to contribute to FPS’s mission. Support the For Pete's Sake mission by volunteering at our Montgomery County office. Volunteers assist our Program Team with a variety of projects, including preparing respite packages, organizing materials, providing administrative support, and helping with other mission-driven initiatives. Volunteers can also be trained as For Pete's Sake Ambassadors, representing the organization at local health fairs, community events, and tabling opportunities to help raise awareness about our mission and connect with potential families, volunteers, and supporters. We also host a monthly office volunteer group that meets one evening each month, making it easy to get involved on a regular basis.
Pete’s Dream will be nestled on 32 acres adjacent to Woodloch (Hawley PA), and the premier respite center in the country that focuses on a holistic approach to care, featuring an environment where families can rest, reset, reconnect, and recharge alongside one another. We need passionate volunteers to help bring the Pete’s Dream vision to life. Whether you can lend your time, expertise, connections, or energy, there is a place for you at Pete’s Dream.
